Lights were not visible on one portion of our roof due to the way the shingles were laying. I reached out to Clean and Clear, and they went out of their way to send out the technician who put our lights up last year to help trouble shoot. He came and fixed the lights and they look amazing! We had Clean & Clear install our outdoor Christmas lights and remove them in the spring. It was amazing! They were very professional, and always communicated when they were coming and when they were completed. In the spring when ice prevented removal, they always let us know what was happening. In addition, because they were lighting our wreath we asked if they could put it up for us, which they willingly did and today when they removed the lights, they happily also took our wreath down for us. We had another company tell us they put us on the schedule over and over to do our Christmas lights and then backed out, So we contacted Clean and Clear. They got back to me right away, said they could come out and do our Christmas lights without a couple of days. Sure enough, they got us on the schedule and the communication was great the entire time. Quote was great and they were extremely professional and so friendly, we had Jordan and Liam out and they were great!We will only be using them moving forward! We have had a lot of compliments on our house since!!
